SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items will be shipped when payment is received. For handmade items please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.Confirmation and tracking will be provided through your email provided. Products are either for direct personal use or for crafting.

 

EASY RETURNS

I gladly accept  exchanges. Contact me within: 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, it can be returned for a refund minus shipping charges within the first 21 days after receipt but contact us first within 7 days of receipt before return. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. We'll pay restocking fee for our repeat customers for purchases bellow $50.00. Item returned must not be used and in the same condition as it left our shop.
